- Painted on high-quality fine art watercolour paper, ready to be framed and admired for years to come.
- Communication throughout the entire process to make sure you love your pet portrait.
How to Order
To secure your pet portrait a non-refundable $50 deposit (which is deducted from your final payment) is required.
I paint commissions in the order of the deposit purchases.
Once you have purchased your deposit, I will email you with photo requests and further information on your pet portrait ideas.
I communicate with you the entire time I am painting your pet to ensure you see the process of the piece and that you are happy with the result.
When the painting is complete and you are happy with it, I will create a one time unique product for you to make your purchase on my website and I will email you the link that leads you directly to the product for purchasing ease. Once you have made your final payment I will mail your piece within 1-2 business days.
Shipping is paid with your final payment at checkout, tracking number included. I will email you your tracking number as soon as your painting is dropped off at Canada Post.
Timeline
Each piece can take approximatey 2-6 weeks to complete depending on the size, level of detail in the piece, and commission schedule. I will give you a more accurate timeline via email when we have confirmed your project.
If you are requiring your painting by a certain date please email me prior to placing a deposit to confirm if I am able to have your commission done and mailed to you in time for when you need it.
What kind of photos should I send?
Clear, well-lit photos that show your pets eyes and face always work best. The more photos the better! If I have a selection of photos I can pick which one I think is most suitable for the piece.
*If you only have 1 blurry photo or the photos you have aren't great quality and aren't able to obtain more, please email me prior to paying the deposit and I will give you my honest opinion about whether or not I am able to paint a portrait with the reference photo provided. If you aren't sure, just email me, you'd be surprised what I am able to work with, as long as it is understood that the painting may not be as detailed as paintings done with good quality photos. I will always try my best!*
Packaging
When your painting is ready to ship I use a triple pack method to make sure your pet portrait gets to you safely and unharmed. I gently package the painting in a cellophane acid-free sleeve with carboard backing. Followed by a hard carboard mailer and a bubble mailer. Adorned with "Fragile" stickers.
*Commissions currently booking Mid-March to Early April 2026*
